Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery will be made only after receiving 100% invoice amount in cash. In case of Bank Cheque / instruments; the delivery will be executed after the encashment / funds received in assigned bank account.
  2. The product price is inclusive of assembling cost (within Rawalpindi, Islamabad & Lahore). Prices are subject to change without any notice and at the discretion of the company. Any increase in the General Sales tax, Dollar Rate, will be charged extra.
  3. The delivery time is 3-5 business days inside Islamabad / Rawalpindi and 5-7 working days in Lahore for all goods available in-stock at warehouse. In the case of goods not available in Ex-stock, the sales rep will update delivery date at the time of order booking. The general imports lead time is 90-150 days.
  4. Professional assemblers will be sent for furniture assembling within 2-3 business days after the delivery. Any change in the agreed date/time may cause extra expenses to be paid before assembling. Deliveries & assembling of furniture outside Islamabad / Lahore may take 7-10 working days.
  5. 70% of the invoice will be paid by the customer on the booking of Import / available on order based products and the rest amount should be paid in full before the delivery of the goods. Lead time for the delivery of such purchases keeps changing between 90 – 150 days. 
  6. The lead / delivery time of available items is 14-21 business days outside Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Lahore.
  7. Lead time of available to order items is 90-150 days subject to no political and natural disasters.
  8. Shipment / delivery charges are as per standard and will be conveyed to the customer by company’s representative on phone / Email upon booking an order.
  9. Enza Home is responsible for delivery of the items along with assembling. In case the customer wants to deliver the items using his/her own commute, the company will not be responsible for any damages incurred.
  10. Warehouse charges: If the customer fails to take delivery of goods/products within a week of the date of intimation thereof, 2% per month of the price of undelivered goods will be payable as storage charges.
  11. There is no Return / change / Exchange / cancellation possible once the delivery is made.

Online Order Process

  1. Order on our website by placing your item to ‘Add To Shopping’
  2. Fill in the Following details:
  3. Full Name, Phone#, Email, Address, Country, Zip Postal Code, State/Province, City
  4. And then press Confirm button to place your Order and get your Order#
  5. Once your order gets confirmed an email will be sent to your email ID
  6. Every order will also be confirmed over recorded telephone call before dispatch (Please note that answering this phone call is mandatory if you will not answer your call your order will not be confirmed and put to hold, while the item may run out of stock)
  7. After the confirmation, you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details.
  8. During the transition of your package, you can use this tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status
  9. Upon receiving your order please check it and pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return policy)
  10. There is no Return / change / Exchange / cancellation possible once the delivery is made.

Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
